Chef Mike LutzThe Inn at Bay Harbor is proud to welcome the talented chef Mike Lutz to our staff.

Chef Mike Lutz is the executive chef of The Inn at Bay Harbor - A Renaissance Golf Resort. He oversees all culinary aspects of The Inn at Bay Harbor's award-winning Sagamore's Dining Room, The South American, The Inn Cafe, Cabana Bar and Grille, and The Inn's catered events, as well as the Bay Harbor Golf Club's Links Grille and Arthur's 27 and the Crooked Tree Golf Club's Grille.

Chef Lutz comes to The Inn from the Bay Harbor Golf Club. "We are looking forward to Chef Lutz enhancing our guests dining experience at Sagamore's while ensuring the very best catering presentations for small and large group meetings and parties." stated Bill Quiseng, General Manager of The Inn at Bay Harbor.

Under Chef Lutz's direction, entrees will be enhanced with an international flare using local produce and inspirations. Typical entrees include Five Spiced pot roast, Herb crusted whitefish, and crab crusted grilled salmon.
