Add balance to your day with slow to medium flow yoga and restorative yin poses, great for beginners.

Classes are 60 minutes and space is limited, advanced registration is recommended, please call 231.439.4046. Due to limited availability, it is suggested you to bring your own yoga mat when possible. Check in at The Spa front desk.
