S.H.E. Yoga with Amanda Borghi

Created and guided by facilitator Amanda Borghi, the name of this unique session stands for "Surrender, Hold Space, and Embrace." You are invited into mindful breathing, paired with intentional yoga movement alongside music designed to awaken and inspire you. The session will leave you feeling connected to your mind, body and unique spirit as you're called to let go and celebrate all that you are! No yoga experience is needed. Just an open mind and heart!

Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing Journey with Hilary Lake & Amanda Borghi

You are invited to journey with ceremonial cacao to support the gentle opening of your heart and awareness to release into more ease and bliss. After learning about the physiological benefits of cacao, a single-origin, sustainably grown and harvested plant that is used to create chocolate, you’ll have the opportunity to consciously drink it in the form of a warm beverage. In many Southern cultures, people ingest cacao in sacred ceremonies and honor it as a powerful being who helps them to connect spiritually. We will learn how we can come to honor plants in our own ways as beings who are here to guide us on our spiritual journey in bodies. There will be a time for personal reflection and journaling before we surrender to the magic of Amanda’s sound healing guidance. We will also have a time for sharing and questions at the end.

You’re invited to bring a journal, a pen, a mat, pillow or anything you want with you to feel cozy.

Flow of the Journey:

  • 45 minutes | Hilary leads Grounding, Introduction to Cacao and Ceremony with plants and sharing about my journey with Cacao
  • 15 minutes | Setting Intentions & Journaling
  • 60 minutes | Sound Healing with Amanda
  • 30 minutes | Reflection, Sharing and Questions

You will leave with a custom scent of your making, in a beautiful bottle.

Natalie will guide you through the process of creating your own smudge spray. All supplies provided including dried florals, crystals essential oils, and more.
